The Wilson Pneumatic Transfer  The PT unit was primarily designed to handle all plastic commodities as well as food grade products, such as granulated sugar, flour and coffee beans. The materials are conveyed on the vacuum side never exposing the products to extreme heat. The unit is equipped with a 100 HP Cummins engine, complete control panel (allowing the unit to be operated from either the ground or on top of the top) and a 12-ton running gear with 16" wheels on 8-ply tires. The unit is hydraulically driven. Designed for easy cleaning and washing, all areas subject to product movement are stainless steel. A skirt is available for loading in inclement weather and the unit has its own dust filters which do not require external dust collectors.

Wilson's Articulating Conveyors  Wilson's ALC's were specifically designed to handle rail car-to-truck loading. A centrally located electrical control panel makes for easy handling and operating. The unit can run on 220/440 volt service, or optional diesel power. The handling rates are from 60 TPH to 160 TPH of 85# material. The tail section has a large gasket to seal with the rail car's gates. Standard adaptors allow for uses on different rail car gate configurations. This unit is hydraulically driven and operated. Other outstanding features are: dust collector mounted on top of the conveyor trough; glass inspection doors; hydraulic quick couple for auxiliary vibrator; fully covered for protection against bad weather; flexible spout at the head to insure sealing; and running lights for night time operation.
